Synthcore uses artificial intelligence agents to generate code, documentation, and other development artifacts. While our agents follow rigorous safety protocols, AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or security vulnerabilities.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated output before deploying it to production environments. Synthcore does not guarantee that any AI-generated code is free from defects or suitable for any particular purpose.

2. Third-Party Services (BYOK)

Synthcore operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You supply your own API keys for third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and others). Synthcore does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability, pricing changes, or API modifications
• Costs incurred on your third-party accounts from agent activity
• Data processing by third-party providers under their respective privacy policies
• Changes to third-party terms of service that may affect your usage

You are solely responsible for monitoring and managing your API key usage and associated costs. We recommend setting spending limits on all third-party accounts.

3. Uptime and Availability

While we strive for high availability, Synthcore does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Agent VMs, the cloud console, and related infrastructure may experience downtime due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Third-party infrastructure provider outages
• Network connectivity issues
• Software updates and deployments

We do not offer formal SLAs at this time. Uptime targets and SLAs may be introduced for higher-tier plans in the future.

4. Financial and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Your subscription fee covers the Synthcore platform and VM infrastructure only — third-party API costs (under the BYOK model) are billed directly by the respective providers.

Cost estimates, savings projections, and competitor comparisons provided on this website are approximate and based on publicly available information at the time of publication. Actual costs may vary depending on usage patterns, model selection, and third-party pricing changes.

5. Beta Features

Certain features of Synthcore may be designated as "beta", "preview", or "experimental". These features are provided for evaluation purposes and may be incomplete, contain bugs, or be removed without notice. Beta features should not be relied upon for production workloads.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit or exclude any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or similar legislation that cannot be excluded by law.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, including (at our option) re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.
